How Marvel Convinced Sony To Let Spider-Man Into The MCU

Marvel and Sony pretty much have shared custody over Spider-Man. It was a huge deal when the character joined the Marvel Cinematic Universe, but fans never really knew how Marvel convinced Sony to let them use Spidey. The two studios finally opened up and in this video, which corresponds with this article, I explained how they sealed the deal.

Woman Stabs Her Dad to Death After Watching 'The Mummy Returns'

This was one of the more tragic stories I've done for CinemaBlend. It corresponds with this article about a 27-year-old woman who killed her father while re-enacting "The Mummy Returns." The footage used during the body of the story isn't ideal to illustrate the incident, but it was the only footage I had access to at the time.

One Problem James Gunn is Having with the 'Guardians of the Galaxy 3' Script

This video accompanies an article about the man behind the "Guardians of the Galaxy" movies. James Gunn got candid about his filmmaking process and admitted to fans he might break the story's continuity in the third film.

Why South Park Creators had a Major Problem with 'Star Wars: The Force Awakens'

I had a lot of fun making this video on May the Fourth, a manufactured Star Wars holiday. It went along with this article, which highlighted the "South Park" creators' new critiques of the 'manufactured' nature of "Star Wars: The Force Awakens." I got to use some great clips to help bring the story to life and add a little context.
